Operating PRINCIPLES:

• Laser beams directly impact the skin layers, focusing on the bottom layer of the epidermis (where melanin is produced – the root of melasma) and the dermis absorbs melanin cells, breaking them into thousands of tiny, deep pieces. Inside the phagocytes will digest them and eliminate them from the body through the excretory and circulatory systems. The melanin (melasma) located on the surface of the skin will be pushed up and peeled off the skin in a layer of exfoliated cells (dead cells).
• The pigment gradually fades until it disappears completely. This laser bombardment will not affect other skin areas because they do not absorb light energy and therefore will not cause any damage.
